Crynodeb
Training and competency assessments To support the organisation and delivery of training programmes to staff, including preparation of facilities and resources and booking training and competency sessions. To book staff onto the sessions and provide them with appropriate information and resources as directed by the TP team. To enter training and competency data into ESR to ensure accurate records of compliance with mandatory training are maintained To enter training completion and allocate user barcodes to manage access rights for blood collection on the BloodTrack system Traceability Liaise with Blood Bank to identify blood component units for which no evidence of traceability has been received. Contact / visit clinical areas to retrieve documentary evidence of transfusion.
