Working hours: 20 hours per weekInterview Date: To be confirmedThe Salvation Army Logos House, Bristol is part Homelessness Service’s and is looking for an Administrator to join the team. Logos House is a 93 Bed Life House. We support individuals, helping them towards acquiring the skills necessary to move into more permanent accommodation.The overall purpose of the Administrator post within this service is to ensure that all administration functions are completed to high standard.Responsibilities will include:Ensure all relevant documentation relating to employee wages issues are completed and forwarded to the appropriate departments; and ensure accurate payments are received and queries followed up.Maintain all staff records to a high standard.Utilise the Salvation Army’s systems to accurately record all relevant data in a timely manner, including our bespoke web-based client management system ATLAS, and the organisation finance system.Oversee and provide regular reports on the service budget. As well as check and submit all invoices for payment, and regular returns are submitted as required.Supervise all handling of cash both for banking and petty cash and ensure all administration procedures are followed and agreed controls are monitored.Collate statistics and input data as necessary, to ensure accurate reporting for KPIs and contract monitoring and any other requirements.Work alongside the Facilities & and Administrative Coordinator and Service Manager in the delivery of successful KPI’s working alongside Local Authority, collating weekly, monthly and annual information.Complete any other duties as could be reasonably expected in the fulfilment of this role.The duties of this post are important to the successful operation of the service.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Working knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel).Ability to work with numbers and money. Ability to take accurate minutes of meetings.Ability to multi-task and manage own time effectively.
