As a Care Assistant, your role will involve:
- Supporting with daily routines – including washing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Preparing meals and assisting with medication where needed
- Helping with mobility and movement, ensuring comfort and safety
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly face
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns to keep clients safe and well
We believe great care starts with great people. Here’s what you can expect as a Care Assistant:
- £13.15 hour during the week and £13.50 per hour on a weekend
- Paid mileage & travel time between visits
- Full, paid training – no experience necessary
- Clear career pathways & qualifications (NVQs)
