This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality projects on time, within scope, and with a strong focus on client satisfaction. You'll play a pivotal role in the successful liquidation of assets while acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end projects and provide vital support to Account Leaders with scheduling, data analysis, reporting, and logistics. It's the perfect fit for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working across departments and developing strong client relationships.
Key Duties:- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring delivery against timelines and goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet project deliverables.
- Track project milestones and progress, addressing any delays or challenges proactively.
- Support fellow Project Managers and cover responsibilities when required.
- Assist Account Leaders with reporting, presentations, and general administrative support.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Oversee and coordinate logistics as necessary.
- Approach challenges with a solutions-focused, resilient attitude.
- Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with excellent planning and multitasking skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a proactive approach.
- Multilingual skills desirable - especially French.
- Strong IT literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Competitive salary of £37,000 - £38,000 per annum.
