Your new company
We're recruiting for a sole-charge Credit Controller to join a busy logistics business based in Coleshill. This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday) and is permanent.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for managing a ledger of 500 active accounts, taking full control of credit management, chasing outstanding payments, resolving queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a hands-on role where your expertise and initiative will make a real impact.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of two years' experience in a Credit Control and be proficient in debt and revenue management systems.
- Microsoft Office - Outlook Excel experience
- Must be able to demonstrate a high standard of communications skills, with the ability to identify the optimum communication channel.
