Your new company
A busy Primary School based in North Birmingham is looking for an Attendance Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8 am - 4 pm. The role is a long term maternity cover.
Your new role
The school are looking for an Attendance Administrator to join their dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring accurate attendance records and seamless day-to-day operations. The role will entail:
- Monitoring and updating daily attendance records with precision
- Liaising with staff, students, and parents to resolve attendance queries
- Generating reports and analysing attendance trends
- Supporting safeguarding procedures through timely data management
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain compliance and consistency
Ideally, you will have experience of using Bromcom.
What you'll need to succeedYou will have strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
