This is an exciting opportunity to join the London Centre for Mesh Complications at University College London Hospitals as a Clinical Fellow in Complex Mesh. You will be part of a pioneering multi-disciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care for women referred from across London and the South East. The role offers a unique chance to work alongside leading consultants in Urogynaecology and Urology, gaining hands-on surgical experience while contributing to innovative models of care. As Clinical Fellow in Complex Mesh, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of specialist care to women referred with complications of mesh surgery. Working as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to outpatient clinics, assist in surgical procedures, and participate in ward-based patient care. The role requires excellent surgical and clinical skills, alongside strong communication and empathy to support patients through complex treatment pathways. You will also contribute to multidisciplinary discussions, ensuring safe and effective treatment planning, and be actively involved in audit, education, and research to advance service quality. The post offers significant opportunities to further develop your operative expertise in urogynaecology and mesh-related surgery while building leadership, teamwork, and teaching experience within a nationally recognised centre of excellence.
