Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full Time Employment)

Homeneed Golders Green Ltd is a growing retail and wholesale business specialising in a wide range of household products. We pride ourselves on offering quality goods at competitive prices to both retail customers and wholesale clients. We are now seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team and support our continued growth.
Job Responsibilities:
• Discuss customer requirements and advise them on suitable household products, promotions, and service limitations
• Quote prices, discounts, delivery schedules, credit terms, and payment arrangements to wholesale cleints.
• Arrange timely delivery or collection of wholesale and retail orders
• Make follow-up calls or visits to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Stay updated on new product ranges, household trends, and customer preferences to suggest improvements
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client accounts
• Handle customer complaints efficiently to ensure service recovery and customer loyalty
• Support promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and upselling to increase revenue
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered in line with company standards
Skills and Qualifications Required:
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or wholesale household products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer account management.
• Good IT skills for maintaining records and using sales/order management software.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and contribute to business growth.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Multilingual skills will be an advantage given the diverse customer base.
