Crynodeb
Harvesting crops as directed by the harvest management team. Other activities include weeding, netting, planting, stone clearance and clearing rubbish when required.
Cut produce as directed by the Supervisor /Manager against our customer requirements.
Carry out orders as given.
Be aware of the day’s activities, location, start time and harvest requirements before commencement of work.
Ensure you follow the Harvest & Hygiene rules at all times.
Make sure you have your PPE uniform including your footwear before commencement of work.
Follow direction given by your Rig Driver when required.
Report any problems to your harvesting supervisor or manager as soon as possible.
Follow health and safety requirements at all times including all your tasks and activities.
You may need to clear fields or return to complete fields as directed.
Any other tasks related to this role.
