What skills and experience we're looking for
Learning Support Practitioner – Join Our Supportive and Experienced Team
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and professional Learning Support Practitioner to join our team of LSPs. This role involves working closely with students in class and providing one-to-one support where appropriate.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has an interest in, and ideally experience of, supporting students with a range of difficulties including specific learning difficulties: dyslexia/dyspraxia, SEMH and ASD
• A good working knowledge of all subjects up to and including GCSE is essential
The successful candidate will:
• Educated to a good standard
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Be self-motivated, organised, and adaptable
• Solution focused and flexible in their approach
• Show a genuine interest in developing the role further
