What skills and experience we're looking for

Come and join the lively and dedicated team at our popular school. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic LSA with experience of working with children in a school setting – ideally as an LSA. We offer an extremely supportive community and a full range of professional development opportunities. The successful candidate will need to:

• be passionate about learning
• possess school-based experience of working with children
• be passionate and keen to work with children
• excite and inspire our children
• promote high standards and challenge
• work as a flexible member of a team
• display energy, imagination and initiative
• manage the physical demands of a busy role working with active children
• keen to work with children with special educational needs
