Who are you?
We"re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team of Teaching Assistants. Here"s what we need from you:
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
- Minimum 6 months UK school experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Experience working with SEN children
What will you be doing?
As a Teaching Assistant, you"ll be actively involved in supporting children with complex needs. Your typical day will involve:
- Providing individual and group support to students.
- Assisting in the creation and delivery of personalized learning plans.
- Collaborating with the classroom teacher on lesson planning and behaviour management.
- Offering support with personal care and mobility (where necessary).
- Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
