Coleman Primary School is seeking a caring, organised and proactive Lunchtime Manager to join our friendly team. This is a key role in ensuring our pupils enjoy a safe, structured and positive lunchtime experience.
You will lead a team of lunchtime supervisors, manage daily routines, and help foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the lunchtime team to ensure smooth running of lunch periods.
Promote positive behaviour and ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils in the dining hall and playground.
Support children with additional needs to ensure inclusive lunchtime provision.
Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
Communicate effectively with staff and report any concerns or incidents.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
Is confident in leading a team and managing routines.
Is calm, approachable and able to respond effectively to situations.
Has strong communication and organisational skills.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
