Temporary Post until the end of this academic year (2025-26) - Funding dependent position.To start as soon as possible.Monday - Friday 9am - 1:30pm Term Time, working 38 weeks per year + 5 Teacher DaysWe are looking to appoint a SEND 1:1 Level 2 Teaching Assistant. This is to work with a SEND child in Year 6 with ASD (Autism), and includes an hour of lunch support each day with another Year 6 child with ASD. We are looking for someone who is firm but fair, patient and resourceful with experience of working with SEND children. We require someone with an understanding of visual systems and who can encourage and support the child to engage in learning and stay focused and on task. The successful candidate will join a very hardworking and dedicated staff team who focus on improving outcomes for the pupils in their care.
