This very successful and large organisation is seeking a junior sales executive to join their supportive team. They are a well-established and long-standing organisation that operates within the manufacturing and supplier industry and are well-known within their market, who are known for their commitment to people, development, and long-term success.
Your new role
Phase 1 - Learning the systems and role
- Handle customer queries and provide quotes
- Follow up on leads and pricing requests
- Raise contracts and support the sales team
- Get to know our products and internal processes
Phase 2 - Growing and engaging customers
- Develop your own customer base
- Visit clients on-site and build relationships
- Take ownership of your own portfolio of products and customers
- Drive sales and contribute to business growth.
What you'll need to succeed
- A genuine interest in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence (essential for client visits)
