SEND Teaching Assistant | Full-Time, Long-Term

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities?
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to work full-time on a long-term basis, supporting students of all ages with a wide range of needs, from ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) to PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).

The Role:

• Working closely with teachers to support students in class

  
  

• Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support

  
  

• Helping students with their social, emotional, and learning development

  
  

• Assisting with personal care and daily routines where needed

  
  

• Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

  
  

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in SEND or a background in health and social care is highly valued

    
    

  • Compassion, patience, and resilience

    
    

  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students with diverse needs

    
    

  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people
