Kinaxia Logistics are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their team at their site in Manchester. The role of the Credit Controller will be to manage debtors through the availability of contractual payment terms and appropriate reporting to ensure timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices and resolving account queries to improve the financial position of the business.

About the job:

• Obtaining business to business collections in an effective and efficient way to ensure payments are received in a timely manner;
• Build relationships with customers to ensure an open dialogue concerning payments expected or agreed are received on time;
• Resolve high volume, potentially complex queries and investigate cases to ensure the best outcome results for the business;
• Provide information that is accurate, up to date and relevant so that reported information is reliable and trustworthy for clear business decision making;
• To work independently and without constant supervision to ensure tasks are completed and results provided to exact timelines so that departmental reporting requirements are delivered on time;
• To support the local management team with relevant information when required and ensure information is accurate and delivered to both Company and customer standard;
• Adhere to all Group HR, GDPR and Health & safety policies to ensure both the Company and Group are fully compliant;

Your knowledge and experience:

• Credit control experience.
• Working in Logistics industry is advantageous
• Working in a customer focused role.
