The hours are to be worked over Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with overtime to cover holidays and staff illness as needed, across 7 days. At Barlborough, we pride ourselves on our team work and friendliness. We take great pride in our work and going that extra mile for customers and patients. We are a small friendly team and are looking for the right candidate to complement our existing team. We are looking for a hardworking and organised individual, with ideally 2 years proven supervisory experience in a catering setting. You will need to be able to oversee daily catering operations, including staff management, customer service, food safety, and stock control. You will have exceptional customer service and professionalism.
