Crynodeb

At Bromford Flagship our purpose is clear: enable everyone to thrive. Our vision is that everyone has a safe, affordable home, and with over 80,000 homes across east, central and southwest England, we have the scale, expertise, and commitment to keep building for the future.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive business and executive support professional to provide exceptional support to our senior leaders. This high-profile role offers a unique opportunity to add real value – enabling leaders to focus on delivering company-wide initiatives and making a difference for our customers, while gaining exposure to senior-level operations and decision-making.

This role is available as a full time 6 month fixed term contract. You can be based from any of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury, Wolverhampton or Norfolk with regular home working available.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the central point of contact for technology and finance – filtering and prioritising information, meetings, and requests for leaders.
  • Leading and supporting projects with minimal supervision – from investigatory work and progress tracking to monitoring performance and highlighting risks.
  • Providing PA support where required: diary and email management, travel bookings, meeting preparation, and document collation.
  • Organising and supporting key meetings, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, and governance forums.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and coordinating invoices and cyclical activities.
  • Supporting leaders with service plans, priorities, and business performance indicators.
  • Using independent judgement to manage competing priorities and provide solutions.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous PA experience or significant experience in a senior administrative role.
  • A proven ability to manage complex workloads and competing priorities to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in project or performance management.
  • Confident ICT skills and up-to-date knowledge of digital tools and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • A proactive, flexible approach with the confidence to take initiative.
  • Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

The closing date is Sunday 21 September with interviews taking place 29th and 30th September at our Tewkesbury office.

Please note: This job posting may close early if we receive a high volume of applications. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible to ensure your application is considered.
