Recruitment Professionals are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursery in Harlesden. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager (Level 3+ qualified) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to support the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading the staff team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the staff team.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
• Oversee planning, assessment, and delivery of high-quality early years education.
• Build positive relationships with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or above).
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership or senior practitioner experience in a nursery setting.
• Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
