Job Title: Support Worker - Bank
Introduction:

Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their independence and dignity.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.

Maintain accurate records and reports in line with care plans and regulatory requirements.
Support residents in engaging with social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a warm, welcoming, and safe environment.
Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies to maintain the highest standards of care.
