The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a classroom and supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a thriving school in Bradford. Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils and manage classroom behaviour.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons from the regular class teacher.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils in your care.
- Respond to and resolve any immediate issues or emergencies.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members.
- Follow the school's behaviour management policies.
- Report on the completion of work by pupils to the regular class teacher.
- Manage a variety of subjects and year groups.
- Ensure that students remain on task and focused.
