Supervise, coach, and develop staff to maintain consistently high standards of care and professional practice.
Contribute to budget planning, monitoring, and financial management.
Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies to support individual care plans and promote strong multi-agency working.
Assist with staff recruitment, training, and workforce planning to maintain a skilled and resilient team.
Implement changes in line with updated legislation, guidance, and inspection outcomes.
Foster a positive culture of safety, equality, and continuous improvement within the home.
