Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Location: Liverpool, L15.
Salary: Permanent position - £22,750-£24,000 (depending on candidate)
Hours of working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills and handling sensitive information confidentially.
Please note you will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support and assist with general office duties – specifically answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• This includes the ability to deal with challenging clients in sometimes challenging situations.
• Manage and maintain client files within our case management system.
• Recording solicitors’ times and preparing files for billing.
• Ensuring our digital diary is up to date.
• Filing and organisation of documents.
The main skills we are looking for are:
• Time management
• IT literacy, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with discretion.
• Attention to detail.
Prior experience in an office environment would be useful but not a requirement.
