Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time
Pay: From £90 per day (PAYE - no umbrella deductions)

Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs to succeed in education? Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming secondary school in Dudley to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making a difference and is committed to helping learners overcome barriers to their education.

You'll be working within mainstream classrooms as well as supporting on a 1:1 basis, helping students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, social and emotional challenges, and other learning difficulties.

Your Role Will Involve

Providing tailored support to SEN learners both in lessons and in small groups

What We're Looking For

A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is helpful but not essential - attitude and commitment are most important
