Sous Chef - Park Plaza Nottingham

You will assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and take the lead in running our restaurant kitchen. We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sous Chef with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen with a strong knowledge of Pan-Asian cooking .

As a Sous Chef, you will receive:

  • Salary: £38,207 per hour plus Tronc

The ideal candidate for the Sous Chef role will:

  • Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
  • Build excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly

  • Have previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef
