Immacolata House is a purpose-built care home providing exceptional Dementia and Nursing care for up to 49 residents, set in the picturesque Somerset countryside.

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Bank Care Assistant to join our exceptional team, supporting residents with high-quality care and contributing to a warm, person-centred environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for flexible working, covering holiday and sickness.

What We Offer

  • £12.21 per hour
  • Bank contract covering holiday and sickness – ideal for flexible working
  • Day shifts 06:45–19:00 / Night shifts 18:45–07:00
  • Pension scheme (subject to auto-enrolment conditions)

  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily living needs, assisting with personal care, and promoting independence. You will work closely with the care team to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and engaged in meaningful activities. You will build trusting relationships with residents and their families, contributing to a positive and supportive environment.

What We Are Looking For
Kind-hearted and empathetic individuals with a minimum of six months care experience in the UK or overseas. Reliable team players with a positive attitude who are committed to providing high-quality care and supporting the wellbeing of residents.
