Your new company
Our client is a globally recognised defendant law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for a Catastrophic Loss Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join their Manchester office. You can expect a full and interesting caseload, plenty of hybrid flexibility and a competitive salary.
Your new role
This Catastrophic Loss Solicitor role will see you assist senior members of the team on high-value complex personal injury matters valued from £250,000 up to the multi-million-pound mark. Files will include cases arising from Road Traffic Accidents, employer's liability and public liability. Experience of these areas is beneficial.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with 0-4 years PQE and experience of handling defendant personal injury files. Successful applicants will have experience assisting on defendant catastrophic loss files and will have ideally handled these files in their own name. Previous fast and multi-track defendant personal injury experience is essential. Experience within RTA is essential and EL/PL experience is beneficial. Strong academics are preferred. Successful applicants will be ambitious with strong client care and communication skills. Strong catastrophic injury lawyers with claimant experience are also encouraged to apply.
