We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to provide day-to-day supply cover within a supportive primary school setting. This role is ideal for a confident classroom practitioner who enjoys adapting to different environments and making a positive impact on pupils’ learning. Beginning November 2025.
Duties as Year 3 Teacher:
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons to a Year 3 class.
Ensure that pupils are motivated, focused, and making progress.
Follow school policies and provide continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with school staff to support the needs of all learners.
Ideal Year 3 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Recent teaching experience, ideally in Key Stage 2.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills as a Year 3 Teacher.
The ability to adapt quickly to new settings and build rapport with pupils and staff.
A flexible and reliable approach to day-to-day teaching.
