As a Nursing Assistant you will be completing daily duties including: Providing care and support for patients who are acutely mentally unwell Spending 1:1 time with patients Escorting patients off the ward Completing levels of observations with patients Engaging patients in therapeutic activities Completing physical observations and general physical check Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to make changes inpatients' care Supporting patients with their ADLs Managing difficult situations Providing support to other wards across the unit Responding to patients when they are distressed As an employer and sponsor licence holder, to be able to provide sponsorship to overseas nationals via the Skilled Worker route we must ensure that we adhere to the sponsorship requirements set by UK Visas and Immigration. Please note without previous NHS Service you will commence at the bottom of the pay band which currently does not meet the minimum salary requirement for sponsorship for this post.
