Crynodeb
In order to get the best from the development program you will be expected to follow the NHIVNA HIV Nursing modules relevant to the role incorporating the Person-centred model of HIV care. Following on from this after 6 months there may be opportunity to complete the STIF/NHIVNA intermediate competency training and/or the Mary Seacole Programme. Every effort will be made to support the candidate to complete the modules within the 11 hours assigned, however the candidate may need to complete work in their own time to achieve the modules. Should the role become substantive, there would be opportunity to complete advanced practice modules such as Non-Medical Prescribing.
