Crynodeb
The AP will work to deliver high quality clinical care both in the practice and on home visits. The split is flexible and can be agreed to meet the preference of the AP and the needs of the practice. The role will involve assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning of patients across the age range with support from advanced practitioners and GPs. Park Surgery is committed to the education and development of its staff, and APs will be supported to accredit with Health Education England when this becomes available for their profession.
