A leading privately owned contractor based in the South Coast are seeking a Quality & Compliance Advisor to join their business on a fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a privately-owned business with an extensive background as a reputable contractor within the construction industry. The Quality & Compliance Coordinator will play a key part in the development and future of the business, reporting directly to the Head of HSQE.

About the role of Quality & Compliance Advisor

This regional contractor traditionally specialises in, projects ranging in size from £500K up to £35M in value working on a nationwide basis. The role of Quality & Compliance Advisor will be working closely alongside their experienced Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality department and Social Value team.

Responsibilities for Quality & Compliance Advisor

  • Responsible for configuring relevant data and statistics for reports.
  • Continuously remain in the loop with regards to ever changing SHEQ standards
  • Liable for pushing the business in a innovative direction and continuously encouraging improvement
  • Management of data systems and organising data accordingly in line with company policies.

    Requirements for Quality & Compliance Advisor
  • Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental.
  • Systems experience using SharePoint, Field view & Smart Waste is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail
