Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to track project progress and milestones.
Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of project status and changes.
Monitor project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial oversight of project expenditures.
Conduct project evaluations and reviews to assess and document project performance, generating insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.
Hours Per Week: 36.00

End Time: 17:00
