Driver Hire Edinburgh City is recruiting for an experienced and dependable Class 1 (C+E) HGV Driver on behalf of a major UK manufacturer and distributor. This role involves trunking work across the country, supporting the delivery of essential plastic products to commercial clients nationwide.

This is more than just a driving job – it’s a chance to represent a well-known national brand, while enjoying consistent work and long-distance driving.

Your Role Will Include:
Operating a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle on trunking routes throughout the UK

Ensuring goods are delivered safely, punctually, and professionally

Completing pre-use vehicle checks and managing delivery paperwork

Representing the company positively at every delivery point

✅ Requirements:
A full UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence

Current CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card

A minimum of 1 year’s recent Class 1 driving experience

Solid understanding of UK driving regulations

A reliable, safety-conscious approach and a professional manner
