Mossview Care Home is a modern, welcoming care home in the heart of Lochgelly, providing high-quality Residential and Dementia care for up to 42 residents. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, supportive place to live and work.

We are now looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly team. Whether you have years of experience in care or are completely new to the sector, we will give you full training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

What We Offer

What You Will Do
As a Care Assistant, you will be a vital part of our care team, helping residents with daily routines such as personal care, mobility, and mealtimes, while always promoting independence, dignity, and respect. You will build warm relationships with residents, offer companionship, and help make Mossview a truly happy home.

What We Are Looking For

  • A kind and caring nature, with a genuine desire to support others
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred (but not essential – we will support you to work towards it)
  • Previous care experience is helpful but not required – we welcome those looking for a fresh start in a meaningful career
