We’re looking for driven, motivated individuals to become part of our expanding Apprenticeship Sales team. If you thrive in a target-driven environment and are passionate about connecting with businesses, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll engage with new clients, promoting the value of apprenticeships and showcasing the benefits apprentices bring to the workplace.

DUTIES
Following up on enquiries from marketing
Promoting all available products via telephone and email to all prospects
Business to business tele sales
Manage enquiries from clients and provide appropriate support
Liaise with other internal departments to keep records up to date where appropriate
Manage and keep your own CRM system up to date
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external organisations
Ensure recruitment trackers are accurate and submitted as per agreed deadlines
To identify and engage in communication with local employment partnership groups to promote our services and identify opportunities
Attending careers events to promote Learning Curve Group
Effectively communicating with other staff members about day to day activities
Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours
Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company
Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice guidance as part of your everyday role
Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours
