Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursery in Tottenham, North London, for the role of Nursery Deputy Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated childcare professional to support the Nursery Manager in ensuring the smooth running of a vibrant setting that provides care and education for around 21 children.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Nursery Manager with daily operational duties.
• Lead, support, and motivate the staff team.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Oversee planning and delivery of EYFS curriculum.
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements.
Requirements
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
• Previous experience in a Deputy Manager or senior leadership role within a nursery.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
