Hours: Full-time, 6:00am – 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)
We are currently looking for an experienced Bendi Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team based in Redditch. This is a full-time, position on an early shift (6am–2pm, Monday to Friday)
As a key member of the warehouse operations team, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock using a Bendi FLT, alongside supporting general warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities:-
Operate a Bendi Forklift Truck safely and efficiently to move stock within the warehouse

Load and unload deliveries

Carry out stock rotation, order picking, and packing where required

Ensure accurate recording and placement of goods

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Follow all health & safety procedures
Requirements:-
Valid Bendi FLT licence (in-date)

Proven experience operating a Bendi truck in a warehouse setting

Physically fit and confident with manual handling

Able to work well independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
