Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Assembly Operative to work in their leading facility in Telford.
Whilst on your probation period the successful Assembly Operative are offered;
• Starting rate of £12.21- £13.00 per hour - Depending on experience
• Overtime is paid at time and a third
• 8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday
• Temp-perm
• Free parking
Once you are full time with the company the Assembly Operative would receive;
• Overtime available at T1/3 in the week, T1/2 Saturday and double time Sunday
• 28 days holiday
• Annual Christmas shutdown paid in full

The role – Assembly Operative;
• Manufacturing windows and doors
• Wiring up electrical components
• Daily use of hand and power tools
• Working to specifications
• Checking the quality of the product before Assembly
• Completing paperwork
• Working in a small team environment
• Manual handling
What our client is looking for in an Assembly Operative;
• At least two years of electrical assembly experience within a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
• Someone who is mechanically minded
• Previous experience using hand and power tools - ESSENTIAL
