About the role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location(s): Wolverhampton
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our Healthy Homes team. This is a hybrid role, where you will be based at our office in Wolverhampton but will also have the flexibility to work from home. You'll manage a team of case handlers and coordinators responsible for resolving disrepair claims and property hazards, particularly those involving condensation, damp, and mould (CD&M). Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all cases are triaged, prioritised, and managed efficiently, with a strong emphasis on meeting the new Awaab’s Law timescales.
You will lead the team in assessing claims in line with housing legislation, coordinating with surveyors, and ensuring effective legal protocols are in place for litigation. A key part of your role will be to work directly with customers, providing advice, managing complaints, and finding resolutions to avoid legal action. This role is not just about compliance; it's about putting our customers' safety at the heart of everything we do by ensuring timely and effective resolutions for their homes.
Join Bromford, part of Bromford Flagship, and become part of a leading housing provider delivering community-focused services across the Midlands and South West — all backed by the scale and ambition of the Bromford Flagship group.
