Crynodeb
Your role will be exceptionally varied, and no two days will be the same. We will support your
development as an operations generalist to become comfortable handling a wide range of
tasks critical to sound business function. You will work closely with the senior management
team and be trusted to deliver.
Administration:
• Book travel / accommodation for team members, develop travel itineraries for staff
and/or accompany staff on business trips to support delivery.
• Manage expense / receipt processing and reconciliation with financial colleagues.
• Raise and submit purchase orders, invoices and track / docket the same
• Coordinate courier shipments e.g. material, product in the UK or overseas
• Support IT equipment deployments and coordinate with IT specialists on updates and
changes
• Maintenance and updating of company SharePoint, customer relationship manager
(CRM - HubSpot) database
• Send documents or agreements for review, arrange for digital signatures, file on
company servers.
• Manage staff policies and benefits including renewals
PA:
• Monitor senior team member emails and proactively support business coordination
• Manage senior team member diaries / calendars
• Take meeting minutes at meetings of the team or Board
• Manage communication channels with external parties e.g. media, press, investors,
customers
Academic / Data:
• Analyse data generated from studies or evaluations and prepare for presentation
• Draft reports or publications, reference, format and submit for publication to journals
• Participate in projects with clinical or scientific partners
• Conduct background research on potential market opportunities, competitor products,
potential partners – and prepare / deliver presentations internally
