About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our harvesting team. As a Harvesting Team Member, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring that our fresh produce, including cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, kale, and cavolo nero, is harvested efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Harvesting a variety of fresh produce, with a focus on cauliflower, cabbage, and broccoli
• Ensuring the quality of harvested produce is maintained
• Being flexible with working hours to accommodate seasonal demands
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Demonstrating a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to undertake other tasks when required during quieter periods
• Follow Health and Safety rules.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working in the fresh produce industry and possesses the following qualities:
• Previous experience in the fresh produce industry (preferred)
• Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team
• Motivated and dedicated to delivering high-quality work
• Local resident preferred
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
