LEASING ASSOCIATE – LONDON – £30K
OPR are working exclusively with a leading residential operator to source a proactive and customer-focused Leasing Associate for a flagship property in Southfields, London. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service while supporting a vibrant residential community.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for prospective members via phone, email, live chat, and in-person enquiries
Conduct property tours (virtual and in-person), showcasing apartments and the community lifestyle
Guide prospects through the application and leasing process efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and leasing activity in CRM systems
Proactively manage lease renewals, supporting retention and building strong resident relationships
Support new members during move-in, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first impression
Liaise with marketing, operations, and community teams to align on leasing goals and campaigns
Stay informed on local market conditions, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
About You:
Experience in sales, leasing, or customer service, ideally within residential property, hospitality, or BTR sectors
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
Motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve individual and team targets
Organised, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
