About the role
You will be visiting clients in Reading and surrounding areas, providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
Your role will include:
Delivering personal care and supporting daily routines
Preparing fresh, nutritious meals and encouraging healthy eating
Building strong relationships through companionship and activities
Promoting independence, wellbeing and confidence in the home
Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment
Always respecting dignity, individuality and independence
What we are looking for
Previous care experience (essential)
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential, as you will travel between clients)
A caring, patient and reliable nature
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care
