Want to be part of a team delivering the Peer & IAG contract across Suffolk? You will support adults with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorders with walk in Information, Advice and Guidance sessions and peer support groups.

We are looking for a dynamic, flexible and creative practitioner with experience of working with people who have learning disabilities or autism to join our team. You will be based at our Lowestoft site but cover the north of Suffolk and some of the east coast.

Realise Futures operates as a hybrid company combining commercial trade with personal & government funded public services. Our aim is to create opportunities for people to succeed in work, learning and life through three company divisions, Learning, Coaching and Advice, Employment and RF Works.

Realise Futures provides government funded opportunities to adults facing economic, educational and social disadvantage.

Hours will be mainly Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend work required.
