Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Workshop Instructor to design, organise, and deliver anime and East Asian culture-themed handcraft workshops. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, promoting cultural activities, and managing workshop operations within our café space.


Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead anime and East Asian culture-themed workshops, including:
- Illustration and drawing (e.g., chibi characters, manga-style art)
- Model and figurine DIY projects
- East Asian-inspired crafts (origami, traditional motifs integrated with anime themes)
- Cross-cultural creative workshops
- Deliver engaging, interactive sessions and guide participants throughout activities
- Organise and facilitate themed events, exhibitions, and community activities
- Manage workshop materials and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Produce promotional content using multimedia tools (Adobe Ps/Pr/Ae, Final Cut)
- Communicate and coordinate with international clients or partners (English/Japanese/Chinese)
- Collect participant feedback and continuously improve workshop experiences


Key Requirements:
- Background in Art, Design, Media, Cultural Event Management, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of anime, manga, and East Asian culture
- Experience in activity organisation, workshop facilitation, or teaching
- Proficiency in creative and multimedia software (Adobe Ps/Pr/Ae/Au, Final Cut)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and motivate participants
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is highly desirable
- Passionate about anime and creative cultural experiences
