Due to expansion we are looking to recruit aSenior Nursery Nurse, Room leader and Third in charge for a fantastic nursery in farnham. the nursery has a waiting list of children so is keen to recruit experienced Nursery staff to join their existing team in Tunbridge wells.
What they can offer for the Nursery Practitioner, Room Leader and Third in Charge roles in Tunbridge wells
- Nursery Nurse £13.00 per hour
- Room Leader £13.60 per hour
- Third in charge £14.00 per hour

- 20 days holiday plus 3-4 days off at christmas and 8 bank holidays

What you need for the Nursery Practitioner, Room Leader and Third in Charge roles in Tunbridge wells
- Minimum 3 in Childcare. (
- keyworking experience
- Ability to complete relevant paperwork
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a nursery.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong understanding of EYFS, Safeguarding, FGM, FBV and First Aid
- Senior Nursery Nurse experience for the room Leader and third in charge
- Leadership skills for the Room Leaderand third in charge
Responsibilities of the Nursery Practitioner, Room Leader and Third in Charge roles in Tunbridge wells
- Keyworker duties
- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Effectively supporting team members
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
- Managing a small team for the Room Leader
- Ensuring Health and safety of the children and staff for the Room leader
- Supporting management team for the Third in charge
