Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to individuals with a range of healthcare needs, including elderly care, mental health support, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing and planning individualised care plans
• Administering medication and treatments
• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes
• Providing emotional and practical support to patients and their families
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Adhering to all relevant clinical guidelines and best practices


Essential Skills and Experience:

• Registered with the NMC Pin
• Proven experience in a relevant healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our clients
