We’re looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join our dynamic team in Lincoln, supporting our Scaffold, Industrial Insulation, Asbestos Removal and Metal Fabrication operations.

The Role
As SHEQ Manager, you will lead and develop all aspects of our Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality systems and culture. This role is essential in ensuring that all operational and site-based teams are working safely, sustainably, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage SHEQ policies, procedures and strategies across the business.
Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Lead SHEQ training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies on SHEQ matters.
Support operational teams in both temporary works and manufacturing operations projects.

About You
Proven experience in a similar SHEQ role within construction, utilities, engineering or environmental services.
NEBOSH General Certificate
National Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
NEBOSH Certificate in Environmental Management
Tech IOSH or Cert IOSH membership (desirable)
Knowledge of ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001).
Asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) knowledge (desirable)
Scheme Delivery Framework (SDF) knowledge (desirable)
Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the scaffolding or access industry.
Strong knowledge of working at height regulations and scaffolding safety requirements (TG20, SG4, etc.).
Environmental
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine commitment to best practice.
